After our amazing dinner at Goods and Provisions, we headed on to Paulette's Original Donuts... Banana Coconut, Blueberry Balsamic and Hot Sugar Donuts... Yum! We couldn't end the night with donuts alone... So we ventured across the street to Ed's Real Scoop... Their Strawberry Rhubarb ice cream was some of the best ice cream I've ever had! We topped off the night with a walk on the boardwalk along Kew Beach... A perfect night to celebrate a wonderful friend! We love you Jess!

This past Saturday, we spent the evening with our closest friends, without kids (!) celebrating Jess' 30th birthday! We'd been planning the evening for months... And it did not disappoint! We started out the evening at Te Aro with THE best iced coffee I've ever had! We browsed Queen Street on our way to the restaurant and found some wonderful little antique shops... Dinner was perfection at Goods and Provisions, the purpose of the trip! Apple, pecan and creme fraiche salad, duck fat fries, double fried chicken with bourbon maple syrup waffles... It did not disappoint!

We celebrated Brennah's 5th Birthday with a book theme... She invited a few friends, we decorated cookies, made beaded bookmarks, had cake with Moosetracks Ice Cream and hot chocolate with marshmallows, and watched a sweet "Stella and Sam" movie! It was prefect... All the things that she loves! All to celebrate five wonderful years!
